RadPads provide a sustainable solution for your menstrual and incontinence needs.

RadPads Australian-made washable, reusable cloth pads and Lunette silicone menstrual cups (made in Finland!) free you from the cycle of cost and waste around the use of disposable pads and tampons.

I enjoy providing personalised product advice and enjoy hearing from you so please feel free to get in touch using the ‘contact us’ button below.

My RadPads vision is to help people care for themselves and the planet by choosing reusable products that:

  • reduce consumption of resources
  • reduce waste and
  • are kinder to our health and the health of the planet

A natural approach…

At RadPads I advocate a natural approach to personal care around menstruation and incontinence and avoid plastics and synthetics where possible. The binding on these hand-made pads is nylon to ensure the pads are durable over many years, but the main fabric worn against your body is soft and natural – cotton or hemp fleece. The ManPads include a nylon taffeta layer for some extra water-proofing.

I use non-toxic, biodegradable and environmentally-friendly materials, products and packaging as well as sustainable work practices wherever possible.

In everything I do I seek to support and conduct business with individuals, communities and organisations that actively seek to promote the principles of care for people and care for the earth.

A little bit of herstory: It all started with RadPads, established in Victoria in 1993

RadPads cloth menstrual pads was first established in 1993 out of a concern for women’s health and economy and the impact of disposable sanitary products on the environment.

It was through the great work of founding owner Rachael Gregg and innovative product development and promotion by Jane Bennett, then Wendy Dumaresq, that RadPads developed a strong reputation for quality, comfort, reliability and economy. Have a look at what Jane and Wendy are up to these days by clicking on the links for their names.

Alison Worthington, the current owner since July 2016, brings to RadPads a wealth of experience in sustainable living as well as a passion for women’s health,  environmental and social justice.
